We ship to the address within Hong Kong including most of the commercial areas, industrial areas and residential areas. (Not including PO. Box address and some restricted areas)

- FREE local delivery on online order over HK$500
- Hong Kong orders will be shipped using S.F. Express delivery service/ in-house logistic team.

2. I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Sognarebeds will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

4. IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for damaged products purchased through our website. Should you receive a damaged product, please kindly email our customer service at cs@sognarebeds.com within 3 days of the date of delivery receipt.
Upon receiving confirmation from our customer service, please proceed to ship the product back to us within 5 days after getting the email confirmation. All shipping fees shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
For the avoidance of doubt, a defect in the external packaging of the product shall not constitute a damaged product for the purposes of our return policy.
